When an item is out of stock, we will indicate so on its product page. Should an item go out of stock and be placed on backorder, we will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products noted as in-stock ship by the next business day. However, there may be times when delays occur in order fulfillment due to supplier availability or customer-requested modifications. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. Orders on non-custom items that are out-of-stock may be canceled at any time prior to shipping by contacting [email protected]. Orders containing customized items may be canceled before they enter production. Such orders cannot be canceled once they begin production.
In-stock items are not reserved for shipment until an order is placed and accepted (see Order Acceptance Policy). If an item becomes out-of-stock while in your shopping cart and is placed on backorder, it will ship as soon as it is available.
