IF THAT'S THE WAY HE WANTS IT, WELL... HE GETS IT.
Whether you are matching this upper with one of our ambidextrous lowers or looking for a dependable pre-built option for your next homebrew rifle, the al a carte BYOU system allows you to create an upper that is all your own from the ground up. Choose your barrel length, gas block, muzzle device, bolt carrier group, handguard, charging handle, and finish. The available options are selected from the various components we use in our standardized product lines and are offered up to the more discerning shooter to have it built to their spec. Since the upper receiver group houses critical infrastructure for both reliable and safe function, each URG is assembled to the same standards as our complete firearms and test-fired before shipping out. This includes the lapped receiver face, pinned gas block, and polished feed ramps.
The upper receiver, barrel, and bolt head are all individually engraved with matching numbers noted on a certificate of authenticity that ships with your rifle for QC during the assembly process and down the line should you need work done on your rifle.
This page is for mid-length barrels with low-profile gas blocks. Click here for shorties or here for the FIXIE™ URG.
