DISSIDENT™ A3

Exactly what I was looking for in my first AR. After a few years of firing friends' AR and renting all the major brands at my local gun stores, I knew exactly what I wanted from my first AR. After waffling between building and buying, I found Militia Works. The Dissident offered all the parts I planned to purchase had I gone the build direction or purchased off the shelf and customized. Not to mention the included fantastic Cerakote, which was an aesthetic choice that only solidified my decision that much more. With 500 rounds down range so far, I am more than satisfied with my Militia Works Dissident. I look forward to every opportunity I have to get to the range and blow out the center of my targets. I will be using this rifle for a 3-day training course in the coming weeks and I cannot wait to become even more proficient with this firearm. If you are looking for a high quality rifle equipped with all the best after market parts already installed (stock, grip, trigger, controls, etc.) look no further than Militia Works. I also have to note Militia Works' customer service is outstanding. Every question I had was answered promptly by Dane himself. Dane truly has an excellent company built on principles that surpass simply selling high quality AR's.

Yesterday as of writing this review, I picked up my Dissident build, and man am I impressed. I had high expectations prior to receiving the rifle, but all I can say is it's absolutely perfect. Everything from the fit of the upper and lower receivers to the cerakote job is absolutely excellent. All of the options are precisely what I wanted out of a dream AR, and you really cannot beat the warrant. I would be remise if I neglected to mention the included Holy Bible, a nice touch to temper the use of a rifle with the wisdom of our Creator. All in all, this sates my AR needs, but I would happy purchase another Munitionworks Rifle, should the need arise, Thanks again, Dane and Godspeed.

This was my first AR. Had been researching for awhile and just happened to stumble across militia works........beyond impressed. This beat all expectations. They do not cut corners on anything. Communication was great. I was informed step by step where things were at. Rifle shipped in less than 2 weeks and is exactly as advertised. This is definitely worth every penny and will be ordering another one soon.

It's an absolutely fantastic rifle. I received the rifle in July of 2023 and have just hit the 2000 rounds milestone. This was the first AR I’ve owned myself and I can confidently say this is a fantastic rifle with excellent features at a reasonable price for what you get. Accuracy and reliability are top-of-the-line, with not a single malfunction so far. It is crazy how much attention and careful thought Dane puts into his builds. I’m a big fan of witness marks so not doing them myself saved some time. Thanks! My only regret is that at the time of ordering a .223 Wylde chamber was not an option. The lead time was longer than stated on the website, but still completely reasonable for a custom build. Customer support is fantastic and was able to help me make decisions with the choice of parts and Dane answered all my questions. When shipped, the rifle came with everything I could need. Without a second thought, I would recommend Dane’s work to anyone interested in a top-of-the-line AR built with customization and attention to detail that big-brand manufacturers cannot provide. The final product came out superbly and Dane was extremely helpful in his communication. I will be ordering from Munitionworks™ again should there ever be a necessity.
